About FinTracker

What FinTracker is

Most people in Uganda keep their money in more than one place: a bank account, one or two mobile money lines, some cash and perhaps a digital wallet. FinTracker gives you a single, private record of all of it, so you can see where your money comes from, where it goes and whether you are moving closer to your goals.

You enter your own records. FinTracker does not connect to your bank or mobile money accounts and cannot move money on your behalf.

Who it is for

FinTracker is for individuals in Uganda who want a clear picture of their personal finances: salaried workers, freelancers and business owners with several income streams, and anyone saving towards a goal or paying down a loan.

What you can do

• Accounts. Track bank, mobile money, cash and wallet accounts and their balances.
• Transactions. Record income and expenses and organise them with categories.
• Income streams. Set a yearly target for each source of income and follow your progress.
• Savings goals. Set targets and log deposits and withdrawals.
• Debts. Keep track of what you owe and record repayments.
• Net worth. See your net worth, including assets and liabilities you add manually, such as land or a business.
• Excel exports. Download your transactions, income streams and net worth as Excel files.

How pricing works

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No card or payment is needed to start.

After the trial, FinTracker costs UGX 10,000 per month or UGX 100,000 per year. You pay with mobile money through our payment provider, ioTec Pay. Plans do not renew automatically: we email you a reminder before your paid period ends, and you choose whether to pay for another period. You can cancel from Settings → Subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your privacy

Your financial records are yours. Each user's records are visible only to that user, we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and you can export your records to Excel or delete your account at any time. Read the full Privacy Policy.
